A common trend we are seeing across our clients is death by reports whereby business users are bombarded with hundreds of reports and dashboards. Users are getting frustrated with report performance, multiple sources of truth and complex navigation systems.
We have worked with many clients to assess existing reports to redesign, streamline and consolidate them down into a handful of valuable dashboards. We have successfully improved user experience and engagement across a number of clients.
